Creative Grooming

This is my dog Cody. He is a Bichon Frise with a little bit of Maltese in him. Cody is a very sweet dog. He is very attached to me and follows me all around. Some say he worships me but in reality he just sees me as the leader of the pack. It takes a special dog like Cody to do creative grooming on. Some people may think it is not nice to do this on dogs but the truth is Cody is jealous when I groom other dogs besides him. Creative grooming can take hours but all that time is spent on the dog and they love the attention. Also when Cody is taken out he attracts attention from people that want to pet him. So you see creative grooming just gives a dog a lot more attention and love. Also dogs that are getting this kind of positive attention makes the dog become friendlier and socialized.

Here are some photos of Cody with the creative jobs I have done on him. The blue dye is a special dye made for dogs. Right now I am not offering creative grooming with dye to my clients but I hope to soon in the near future. I do offer things like mohawks and other creative hair cuts to my clients.
