Hatching Eggs

See info here on how to Incubate Chicken Eggs

Two chicks that we hatched from our eggs

We sell fertile chicken eggs for you to hatch year round!

$0.50 each mixed breed egg = $6.00 dozen

$0.75 each purebred egg = $9.00 dozen

We’ve done it and so can you! Let us know how many you want and we will give you a pickup date. We get about 8-12 eggs a day in summer and 4-8 eggs in the winter.  Need help or have a question on how to incubate chicken eggs? Go to our care page

If you are ordering more than one dozen eggs a half down non refundable deposit is required before your order can be started.  Please know that we only save the hatching eggs when you place an order.  Otherwise all eggs go into the refrigerator.  When we receive an order all hatching eggs are NOT put in the refrigerator because this will make the hatch rate go down.  We place the eggs on a counter with the tips facing down and collect them over a few days.  Fertile eggs can be kept on the counter for up to 2 weeks but it is better to let them go no more than 4 days.  After 4 days your hatch rate will drop a little day by day.

EGG BREEDS

In cage one we have our Ameraucana rooster with four different breeds.  So we have some pure bred Ameraucana eggs as well as mixed Ameraucana eggs. You can get a large variety of breeds and all are great egg laying breeds.

In cage two we have our Silkie rooster with our Bantam hen.  These chicks will be small and great for those that do not have the room to house larger birds (see photos under “Cage Two”).
